The linked slide deck was briefed to the Leavenworth Board of Education on Monday, October 9, 2023. Board members provided input suggesting revisions of proposed objectives and action steps prior to final review and adoption.   

 

The briefing summarized the most recent round of community input (September 2023), solicited via ThoughtExchange, which was then aggregated and developed into objectives and action steps for five agreed upon focus areas: Teaching & Learning, Staffing & Personnel; Finance & Operations; Family & Community Involvement; and Student Engagement & Support Services. 

 

The board will receive an additional briefing on the Strategic Plan at the November BOE meeting on November 13, and will also review performance measures aligned to focus areas for regular reporting throughout the calendar year.
