Employee Benefits Enrollment 25-26

Employee Benefits Enrollment for the 2025/26 Plan Year will be from July 28, 2025, through August 15, 2025. There are 3 ways you can enroll in employee benefits for the 2025/26 plan year.
 

1. On-site enrollment at your building- Sign up for a time to meet with an enrollment counselor by clicking this link or by visiting our employee benefits portal on the USD 453 website. 

2. Self-Enroll via the benefits portal- Starting on July 28th, you can click this link to complete your employee benefits enrollment online. 

3. Call Center enrollment-  Starting on July 28th, you can call our employee benefits call center at 1-833-623-2672 Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm to complete your enrollment over the phone. 

 

Employee Benefits Fair - Wed. August 6, 2025, from 11 am - 3 pm at LHS Small Gym

 

We will also host our annual Employee Benefits Fair on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, from 11 am to 3 pm at Leavenworth High School in the small gym. We will have representatives on-site that you can meet with to ask questions regarding the employee benefits plan. We will also have giveaways and items we will be raffling off, donated by our vendors. 

 

2025/26 SY Benefits Guide is still being finalized and will be released soon.
