Leavenworth USD 453 prohibits discrimination and harassment on any basis protected by law, including but not limited to race, color, religion, sex, national or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability or perceived disability, pregnancy, familial status, economic status, veterans' status, parental or marital status or age, or because of the perceived or actual race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin, mental or physical disability or perceived disability, pregnancy, familial status, economic status, veterans' status, parental or marital status or age of any other persons with whom the individual associates. Title IX: Training Materials

The US Department of Education released regulations which took effect on August 14, 2020 regarding Title IX training. The new regulations require robust training of LV USD 453's Title IX Coordinators. The regulations state that the training materials be made publicly available on the district's website.
