UPDATE - Leavenworth High School Class of 2018 Graduation Ceremony - LHS Main Gymnasium - Saturday, May 19, 10:30 a.m.

After closely monitoring forecasts for Saturday morning’s weather conditions, a final decision has been made to move this year’s commencement ceremony honoring the Class of 2018 INDOORS - inside the Main Gymnasium of Leavenworth High School. Graduation will begin at 10:30 a.m. this Saturday, May 19, 2018, with doors open to Leavenworth High School at 9:00 a.m.

Seniors have previously been allotted FOUR BLUE admission tickets each for entrance to the Main Gymnasium for the event. They have also been given an additional TEN YELLOW tickets, which provide access on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis to the Auditorium and Small Gymnasium where the ceremony will be simulcasted. Once these two spaces reach capacity, even those holding a Yellow ticket might be denied entry due to safety guidelines for maximum capacity. PLEASE share this possibility in advance with any Yellow ticket holder, so they clearly understand that there is NO guarantee of entry or designated seating with that particular ticket.

Ticketing will be strictly enforced, and only those holding a BLUE Ticket will be permitted entry to the Main Gymnasium.

Additionally, for those who are unable to attend in person, please use the following link where the entire ceremony can be viewed on-line via computer or internet-enabled device: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_E8KhSsDOJk

We thank you in advance for your understanding and patience, as we work together to ensure a safe, and special event on behalf of our graduating seniors.
